SMM/Marketing VA

One of our clients is looking for a detail-oriented SMM/Marketing VA. to support marketing, social media, and recruiting initiatives.

This role will focus on LinkedIn lead generation, social media management, and targeted outreach to attract top-tier technicians. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution while being detail-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Outreach:
    • Assist in sourcing and attracting top-tier technicians through targeted campaigns. ○ Create and execute recruitment messaging for LinkedIn and other channels. ○ Manage direct messaging (DM) outreach to potential candidates and referral partners.
    • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries from potential hires professionally and promptly.
  • Social Media & Content Creation:
    • Develop and schedule engaging social media content to enhance brand presence. Highlight company culture and employee satisfaction through strategic content. ○ Create graphics and marketing materials using tools like Canva. Track social media performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation:
    • Implement a LinkedIn outreach strategy to connect with referral partners, such as custom home builders and designer architects.Assist in the execution of lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality clients.
    • Craft messaging that aligns with the company’s value proposition and recruitment efforts.
    • Support ad campaigns by researching targeting strategies and audience engagement.
  • Reporting:
    • Track outreach and engagement metrics for recruiting and marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on social media and lead generation efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in LinkedIn lead generation and social media management.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Competence in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze data and create detailed, actionable reports.
  • Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
