One of our clients is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing and Appointment Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and qualify prospects for appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
- Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify leads through various marketing channels to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Appointment Setting: Communicate with prospects to schedule meetings, ensuring accurate and timely coordination with clients or internal teams.
- Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and objectives.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain lead information in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, tracking communication history and follow-ups.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and appointment-setting efforts to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide support for additional marketing or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field. Proven track record of qualifying leads and setting appointments effectively. Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp) and appointment scheduling software. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and lead quality.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and appointments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or social media advertising.
- Previous experience in appointment setting within a sales or marketing team.
